Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3 - 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in building construction
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures and relevant codes
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and BOQs
• Experience in high-rise or large-scale projects will be preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in construction or real estate
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
